All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For bank transfers or advance payments, the order may only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

StarsShopping.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers should check the product upon receiving the parcel.

A return or exchange may be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for return or exchange requests.

Products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return or exchange.

8. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund policy.

Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
